THE GAHNDI EFFECT

THE GAHNDI EFFECT!

My mom used to always tell me when people were treating me poorly to, “Kill them with kindness.” Like most advice that’s given to us when we’re kids, we hear it and most likely do it but we really don’t want to. So when someone would be mean to me I would go overboard to “kill them with kindness.” It seemed to work, but since I wasn’t too thrilled about the act of doing it, the results for me were lackluster.

It wasn’t until a couple of weeks ago that I truly saw in action what this principle can really do, I was attending a workshop on “Release Techniques” which teaches you how to “let go” of lack and limitation. Which is a really good thing to know how to do, because once you can learn to “let go” consistently, lack and limitation leave your life.
Guess what happens then? Abundance, prosperity and freedom start rushing in.

How does this happen? LOVE is the highest energy there is in the world. Even the word “Love” carries the highest vibration of any word in our language. Today, we have all become energy conscious. Turn out the lights, walk and save gas, don’t water every day…..but one of the greatest sources of energy that you have available to you is the energy of LOVE. This is how it works. When you are thinking thoughts of limitation, fear, anger, or wanting you are using between 60 - 100% of your energy to suppress your energy. The available energy you have available for action is between 0-40 %.

If you’re working from a position of love, you have more than 61-100% energy available to you for positive action. You’re not wasting energy suppressing thoughts that don’t feel good. You are not wasting energy avoiding pain. The best part is you don’t have to do anything but think the word, “love.” You don’t have to feel it, believe it or say it out loud. The word alone holds a vibrational charge that gives you access to positive results. It’s actually all based on science. Positive attracts more positive. Negative energy breeds more negative.

But don’t take my word for it. Prove it to yourself. Try it.

One of my clients decided she would do just that. She was confronted with a horribly hurtful and damaging experience. People were lying, irate and angry. She could feel her blood boil as she was wrongfully accused of some very hurtful allegations. In the moment she remembered my words and put into practice the “Gahndi Effect.” She said she couldn’t control the what the others were saying but she was not affected by the hurtful allegations. She also informed me that it didn’t ruin the rest of her day. Her children and her husband didn’t have to suffer the consequences of the anger she would have brought home, since the words, “I love you,” made all of her anger evaporate. She was able to live the the rest of her day in complete peace. She had 100% of her good energy available to her to work in a positive direction. She was able to be happily present for her family and she didn’t harbor the stressful energy that anger and fear manifest in our bodies.

The Ghandi Effect works 100% of the time. All you have to do is think, “I love you.” Keep saying it even if you don’t mean it. Say it as if you mean it. Just say it in your head. This is why the British left India without a shot being fired. Watch and see what happens in your life without firing shots of anger, fear or anxiety.

Let me know how the Gahndi Effect of LOVE has changed your life!

LIFE IS A DECISION…MAKE IT A GOOD ONE!

LIFE IS A DECISION…MAKE IT A GOOD ONE
“You have to find a way to be all right with thriving because you are always going to want to thrive. The economy is moving forward in response to the desires of people. And depriving yourself of something does not make more money for someone else to spend. If there were not people who were purchasing things, then all of the people who are working at manufacturing and marketing them would have to find some other ways of making their living. There are so many people who innately want to thrive, who as soon as they begin thriving a little, begin imposing all of these exterior judgements about how much thriving is appropriate, “It’s appropriate to thrive that much, but not that much.” And you have to ask yourself, “At what point do I lose the balance of thriving?”
— Abraham

I love this quote…….Life is a decision. Do you want to “thrive or just survive.” Every thought you have is either moving you forward towards greater prosperity or further away. It all comes down to what your thinking and how you are feeling about yourself. If you decide to thrive, you have to dismiss all thoughts of “poor me, can’t do it, it’s too late, why me, and the economy is bad, there’s nothing I can do.”
But this is easier said than done. How do you do this? What can you do right now to shift the thoughts to seeing and feeling your prosperity and moving yourself forward towards your million dollar plan.
You only have to “do” one thing. That is to LET GO! Yes, let go of any thought that doesn’t support your feeling good about what you’re doing and the money you make. Again, sounds so simple. Just let go! But how do you let go. Most of us have over active minds and imaginations that can conjure up the greatest disasters. We think that if we worry we’ll keep ourselves safe. You we feel if we doubt ourselves that will make us smarter and work harder so we won’t fail. But in truth all of these thoughts push us further away from having all that we deserve and desire.
So I’m going to share a “letting go” exercise with you. For the sake of time, it’s been proven that all of our blocks to success come from three wants that keep us from having.
Wanting control
Wanting approval
Wanting to be safe and secure

Now there’s nothing wrong with “having” control, approval, safety, and security. It’s when we are in the neediness, the wanting that we are telling ourselves and the Universe that we believe in lack. Wanting traps us in a world of limitation. It takes away our joy. Want is defined as a state of extreme poverty. No wonder we have a tough time reaching our financial goals. We are always “wanting” to get there. We are suffering from the lack of having our financial desires.
Here’s a little exercise that you can do to restore your equanimity with money and get you out of that “wanting” feeling.
Ask yourself these three questions. Keep asking yourself these questions until you can answer a solid YES. Yes is the energy that will attract the successes that you desire. Yes, will move you from the “want” to the “have.”
Let go of the wanting so you can have!
Here goes.
Can I let go of “wanting” control? Remember wanting control is a lacking feeling. There is nothing wrong with having control. It’s the wanting that keeps us from having.
Can I let go “wanting” approval? Again let go of the want so you can have approval.
Can I let go of “wanting” safety and security. Wanting is a lacking safety feeling. Let go of the want and you are safe.

Remember, you can’t stand up or sit down at the same time. You can’t want something and have it at the same time. Your mind is creative so decide to “have” control, safety and approval and watch your financial abundance prosper.

FROM COOKIES TO CUPCAKES

How do you get to be so rich?

Last night I was watching a television show with Joan Rivers, called “How Did You Get To Be So Rich?” And I thought about what we’re doing with our radio show. She interviewed three millionaire’s/billionaire’s, who created great wealth for themselves. The first was a gentleman from the Bronx, who’s parents owned a small pharmacy. The second was Mrs. Field’s, who baked cookies and the third was a woman from Las Vegas who opened a cupcake shop.

The man from the Bronx had a 24 million dollar home with Versaille Gardens and a fountain that was so magnificent that it cost him a thousand dollars a day to run! He spent a total of 34 days a year in this home.

The question I have for you is, how do you react to his success and wealth? Do you think he’s wasteful? Or do you marvel at the magnificence of what he and his Universe have created?

His back story is that he had to quit college when his parent’s business was failing and offered to come in and help them. He mentioned that his mother never thought he did anything right. Interesting……uh Mom’s? He transformed the business from a company of 5 employees going out of business to 1000 employees making a million dollars a day.
He wore goofy sunglasses on the show and shiny tennis shoes. When he showed Joan around his estate you could see how he LOVED what he created.

We all know Mrs. Fields. But what you probably didn’t know is that the first day she opened her store, no one came in to buy a cookie. So after hours of waiting for her customers, she took her cookie sheet filled with cookies and went up and down the streets selling those creations. That day she made $75.00 and she said it was the happiest day of her life. That’s a 150 people at $.50 a cookie. You probably don’t know either that when she bakes her cookies she has a little cookie dance she does to the rotation beat of the mixer. I have a little workshop I do that demonstrates this power to manifest money is found in your hips. Move those hips ladies and money starts flowing in! Debbby Field’s is living proof of it! So if you’re stuck right now with your money, stand up, relax your shoulders and move your hips. Do the Debby Fields cookie dance. She still LOVES making those cookies!

The third lady from Las Vegas made her millions on cupcakes. I remember taking cupcakes to school for my birthday treats. Who would have thought that those treats would make millions for someone? That’s a lot of cupcakes! What was her secret ingredient that made them sell like hotcakes? I watched her closely and her outstanding feature was she LOVED cupcakes!

There is no idea too big, or too small for you to create that has the potential to make you millions. You don’t have to have the education, approval, or the money to go out with that cookie sheet and share your confections with the world. The two key ingredients that all three of these billionaires/millionaires had in common was that they LOVED what they did and the had FUN doing it.

That’s it for now……I’m Janice Marie Wilson Loving my Life and Loving What I Do! www.janicemariewilson.com
